Platter is 8-1/2" x 11-3/8", other pieces sized to match; the total ensemble is 6-1/2" high.
Only superlatives for this wonderful three-piece ensemble: all the motifs, taken from the best of old Rouen decor, are finely detailed and richly painted. The chain border, on the platter, footed base of the tureen, and
its lid, takes a steady hand to execute successfully. Not surprisingly, a piece of this great age had signs of wear; our restorer has put everything in fine show-off condition, but we recommend this be saved for decorative purposes
